We talked about what a hero is. We knew a lot about superheroes, but we halos looked at heroes in our community. We shared ideas about different jobs that help people. 

PC Steve came to visit us in class. We asked him questions about his job and he let us try on some of his uniform. 

We looked at pictures of different jobs and decided if it was a job for a girl, a job for a boy or if both boys and girls could do the job. We learned that boys and girls could do all the jobs!
