This week's star of the week is Kacie! She is always a pleasure to teach and gives 100% in every task. Kacie worked especially hard this week when locating major cities and rivers in Wales using an atlas in geography. Da iawn ti!

Lacey is the year 4 star of the week this week! She worked independently in Science and came up with her own fantastic way of explaining why we have daytime and night time and how our planet orbits the sun. Brilliant work, keep it up!

Travis is the year 4 superstar this week! Travis worked well with his enterprise group to design a product during financial fortnight. What really stood out was how confident Travis was presenting to the class and how well he had learned his lines before presenting to the judges. Great job Travis!

Another star of the week win for Ibrahim! He has worked extremely hard on his maths this week as we have been learning about weight and measuring. He has been able to work confidently and independently and definitely deserves this weeks award. Well done Ibrahim!

The Year 4 seren yr wythnos this week is Lexie! Lexie has worked her socks off recently, especially in maths where we have been practising for the upcoming tests. She is also continuing to improve her handwriting and spelling and is always a pleasure to have in class. Da iawn Lexie!

This week's star of the week is Jakub! This week we've been practising reasoning questions ready for the tests and Jakub has been working extremely hard to try and work out the tricky questions independently. Good job, Jakub.

This week, the Y4 superstar is Kacper! He has shown over the last few weeks an improved concentration in lessons and is working hard to complete tasks. He enjoys being challenged in maths and continues to improve with his reading. Da iawn Kacper.

This week, Jakub is the Year 4 superstar of the week! Jakub is working so hard at the moment, trying to complete every task with maximum effort and care. He enjoys working independently and has shown solid progression throughout his time in year 4, especially in maths - a subject he enjoys.

Year 4's Superstar this week is... Issac! Issac always comes to school in a positive mood and is always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He has worked extremely hard this week on fractions in maths and discussion writing in literacy. Keep up the great work Issac, da iawn!

The Year 4 Superstar this week is Ashton Owens! Ashton has once again proven that he is a fantastic mathematician as he has been working superbly over the last week dividing numbers using the long division technique. Great work Ashton, da iawn!

This week, the Y4 star of the week is Travis. Travis always works hard and is a credit to the class. In maths we are currently learning about division and Travis was able to divide numbers by 10 and 100 without support. Da iawn Travis, keep up the fantastic work!

The star of the week in Year 4 this week is Ashton! Ashton has really impressed in maths over the last couple of weeks as he been working very hard to complete all tasks and has shown how capable he is as a mathematician. We have been learning about multiplication and Ashton has really enjoyed the challenge. Da iawn Ashton!

This week the Y4 star of the week is Liam! He has been working extremely hard since he has become a member of Year 4 and is always ready to have a go at something. Liam has especially worked hard on his presentation and his handwriting is improving each week. Recently in maths we have been looking at data handling and Liam's understanding stood out when we learnt about bar graphs and Venn/Carroll

diagrams. Da iawn Liam!!

This week, we've had two star of the week assemblies! On Monday, Dom was given the award for always bringing in his homework and reading books and for always being polite and sensible. On Friday, Megan was awarded star of the week for working super hard on Thursday during our film fortnight lesson that looked at different camera angles in the film 'The BFG'.

Da iawn to them both, keep up the hard work!!

This week, the Y4 star of the week is Lacey! 

It's been our final week of working on money and the children have spent the last couple of days creating a takeaway menu using the various money skills that they have learnt over the last few weeks. Lacey worked really hard to create her menu, making sure it was neat, colourful and full of interesting foods and fair prices. Gwaith da Lacey! :)

This week, the Year 4 Star of the week is Zi Jun!

Zi Jun was awarded the prize for his fantastic effort in maths throughout the week. Currently, our maths topic is still money and Zi Jun has focussed and worked really hard in every lesson. He especially impressed when working out change given when spending money up to £2. He is always ready to learn and has settled in to year 4 brilliantly. Keep up the hard work Zi Jun, da iawn!

This week the Year 4 Superstar of the week is Peyton! Peyton was chosen this week because of her fantastic effort in maths. We are currently learning about money and on Friday, the children were converting pence into pounds and vice versa. Peyton worked super hard and was able to independently complete her work without any help.Since being in Year 4 she has shown that she is a determined, hard worker who is always a pleasure to teach. Keep it up Peyton!
