Following the Super ambassadors missions and the cost of living we pulled a meeting today to discuss what we could do to help everyone in school.
We brainstormed a Swop Shop to try and help with how expensive uniform could be.
We thought about running it on a Thursday after school from Miss Bacons class before we start Film Club.
This is something we want to launch properly after half term.

We have launched our new school prayer which we have spent many meetings working on...
Help us learn, play and share,
Not just in school but everywhere,
Help us to be kind and have lots of fun,
Enjoying our time in the rain and sun,
We will try our best to shine and glow,
And do what’s right to bloom and grow.
Each class have been given a hard copy and have promised to learn it in class and assemblies.

Today Mrs Lecrass joined our meeting with our school councillors, to discuss what is going well, any issues and solutions.
We feedback firstly, on our Super ambassador workshop and asked for permission to launch the new 'Ambitions for Wales' in our assembly. We want to help Rioco get every child signed up to have their voice heard.
School Council discussed, that after feedback from classes we would like an individual winner for purple pot for each class to have some fun time with Mrs Lecrass on a Friday afternoon.
With hope to encourage attendance in school we also discussed that if any class has 100% attendance, to be allowed a Fiesta Friday afternoon. The best attending class of each term was also suggested for a fun trip.
We have planned a school council assembly for next week to feedback to the whole school.
Our next task was to ask their classes what after school and lunch clubs they would like to have?
